Process-compliant Agile Model-based Development in Distributed Teams

Agile development and test methods make it possible to achieve deployable software more quickly and to improve it continuously. Transparency and consistency when exchanging data between distributed teams play a key role here. The automation of repetitive processes is also an important aspect. Here, central data management as well as a concerted tool chain allow for the deployment of agile model-based software development. Due to a highly integrated tool chain with TargetLink and SYNECT, dSPACE provides the possibility to define agile and safe development processes. For this, modeling guidelines support workflows to achieve a distributed model-based development process. This presentation will highlight agile model-based software development using central data management and special tailored development guidelines for a Continuous Integration workflow with TargetLink.


Dr. Sascha Ridder
Dr. Sascha Ridder (dSPACE GmbH)

Dr. Sascha Ridder studied experimental physics at the Ruhr-University Bochum. Following his studies, he worked at the Ruhr-University Bochum as a scientific researcher in the workgroup for laser and plasma physics. In 2015, he earned his doctorate in natural sciences. After his time as a postdoctoral research fellow, he started working in Product Management TargetLink at dSPACE GmbH in Paderborn in April 2016.
