License costs for academic licenses are 50% of the official quantity prices listed.

Maintenance and Support

Each license includes Standard software maintenance and support for the first year. After the first year software maintenance and support costs are 25% of the net price per year.

Extended support packages are avilable on request.

 

Additional support language package

Support requests via email from non-english speakers can be answered by MES Support Engineers for all clients with an Extended software maintenance and support contract. Examples of additional languages we support via email are:
